Nittoku has developed a new machine to wind small outslot stator cores. There will be two models available, the NOL-0260 and the NOL-0160, depending on the customer`s specifications.

Nittoku has developed this high speed winding machine for the outslot stator winding by applying the NITTOKU-made high speed compact controller. 

These machines can wind large core specifications of outside slot stator. Considering the ease of operation and maintenance, this machine has a simple construction, achieved by reducing of the total number of parts. In addition, the total machine footprint is comparatively small.

Uses a high speed synchronized controller with a maximum of 10 axes. This provides accurate positioning for any shape of core.

The motion of the main former and side former (option) is controlled by an AC servomotor. Accurate winding is achieved by Furthermore, by intermittent wire feed by traverse movement.

This high speed coil winder has been developed using the NITTOKU-made, compact FA controller. By using a 180° indexing mechanism, core loading can be performed in parallel with the coil winding process. Furthermore, the tool transfer loading method is used on the indexer. Production on the KIO machine results in consistent winding profiles and high quality products.
